JLS Personal Chef Service is a fee plus cost of food service.

 

In general we prepare up to five entrees with sides for $350.00 plus cost of food

 

Each entrée generally consists of one protein, two sides and usually a sauce. The number and make up of  the entrees can be altered depending on our client's needs

 

Plated parties for two to fifteen people are charged at an hourly rate of $75.00 per hour plus the cost of food. A typical party of three courses for twelve people will take about ten to twelve hours depending on the difficulty of the menu. The cost of food will vary on the basis of the menu selection. Waiters can also be arranged for an additional charge

 

 Hors d’oeuvres and/or buffet style parties are also charged at a $75.00 per hour rate plus the cost of food
